	Introduction :	Locally trained C M Fong was indentured to former MJC trainer C S Suen in June 2002 and not long after that he was transferred to former MJC trainer M Kent. In May 2003 Fong was granted permission to commence race riding. He has also been attached to former MJC trainer L Maund, trainer P C Kan and former MJC trainer S Brown. In 2007 he was granted a provisional jockey’s license.
