	Introduction :	The Macau Jockey Club announced that Mr. Xiao Chuan Liang has been granted an Apprentice Jockey’s License indentured to Trainer M C Tam. Chinese Apprentice X C Liang is 28-years-old. He rode horses in Guangxi from a young age before riding in races at Guangdong and Beijing. His minimum riding weight is 110lbs and he will be entitled to a 7lbs allowance.
