It must be noted that Visiting Jockey shall comply with all Macau relevant laws and Regulations. The Visiting Jockey shall not enter into any form of employment relation with MJC and shall comply with article 4 of Regulation 17/2004. Accordingly, the Visiting Jockey shall sign and date the Attachment 1 of the Invitation letter keeping an updated record of your activity within MJC.

The Macau Jockey Club will contact your Current Racing Jurisdiction to verify all information provided in this Application.

I declare that the information provided is true and correct and I acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is my responsibility to make every endeavor to make myself aware of and be bound by the Macau Jockey Club Rules of Racing, Instructions and Guidelines that are currently in force and any changes to the same that may occur during the term of my License. Further I will immediately advice the Macau Jockey Club if I apply for any License with any other racing authority during the term of my License.
  • My License, if granted, will be issued in accordance with the Rules of Racing.
  • My License will permit me to fulfill my obligations as a Visiting Jockey for the term approved during 2023/2024 racing season.
  • Each application for a License is treated and regarded in all respects as if it were the first application by me for a License.
  • The granting of a License is not to be taken as any form of assurance that an application for a License for the following or any subsequent racing season will be granted.
  • The Licensing Committee reserves the right to withdraw a License at any time, without giving a reason.
  • The decision of the Licensing Committee of the Macau Jockey Club in respect of a License application is final and not subject to appeal.
