  • It is my responsibility to make every endeavour to make myself aware of and be bound by the Macau Jockey Club Rules of Racing, Instructions and Guidelines that are currently in force and any changes to the same that may occur during the term of my licence.
     
  • My licence, if granted, will be issued in accordance with the Rules of Racing.
     
  • My licence will permit me to fulfill my obligations as a Freelance Jockey for the term approved during 2023/2024 racing season.
     
  • Each application for a licence is treated and regarded in all respects as if it were the first application by me for a licence.
     
  • The granting of a licence is not to be taken as any form of assurance that an application for a licence for the following or any subsequent racing season will be granted.
     
  • The Licencing Committee reserves the right to withdraw a licence at any time, without giving a reason.
     
  • The decision of the Licencing Committee of the Macau Jockey Club in respect of a licence application is final and not subject to appeal.
     

* Licence Fee of HKD 1,000 will be collected upon the commencement of licencing process.
